The Board of Downtown Woodstock is made of up 8 individuals who are committed to the sustainability and vibrancy of the BIA.  The directors are from various industries and each offer a unique perspective to Downtown development.

John Thompson has been involved with Downtown Woodstock for over 20 years. His dedication to promoting a positive, vibrant and sustainable Business Improvement Area has been second to none. He is the owner / operator of Thompson Insurance and Thompson Real Estate.

Anna's been involved in Downtown Woodstock since 1980...as retail businessperson and property owner. She has served on various boards over the years for the betterment of the area. And is a a huge fan of "My Town"!

Lynn Rose was the owner / operator of Jolynn Boutique. She has been a dedicated member of the board of Downtown Woodstock for 12 years. Lynn had been offering residents one of the premier ladies fashion options in the community right in the heart of Downtown.  She is now retired and represents the interests of SRS Investments and their Downtown Properties.

On August 15, 1985 Fashion Today was established. It started on Chapel Street the brain child of Margie McGuire. The store has had 2 other locations since and is now located on King Street in Woodstock. Margie has volunteered for many years with Riptide Artistic Swimming (former Synchronized Swimming ) in different roles from president, treasurer and coach. She has also been president of Synchro NB In her time of coaching she has received various awards.
Margie has also served on The Chamber of Commerce as secretary and Vice President.

Andrew Garnett is CAO of Woodstock, NB and represents the Town of Woodstock as an appointed member of the Downtown Woodstock board.  Andrew provides a liaison role between the Town and BIA, working on partnerships and collaboration of the two entities.
