Please be advised that pursuant to Woodstock Business Improvement Corporation Inc. by-laws, there will be an Annual General meeting of the members of the Woodstock Business Improvement Corporation Inc. at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023 at Connell House, 128 Connell Road, Woodstock, NB.
The purpose of this meeting will be to approve the organization’s budget for 2018 and to set BIA levy rate for the same period.
All member businesses and property owners/managers within the designated boundaries of the Business Improvement Area are entitled to attend, each carrying one vote.
